This probably gets asked every year, but I'm curious what you all are up to. We're not doing anything out of the ordinary - amnesty on overdue items, waiving replacement card fees, the usual. Anything super cool going on at your Library?

I work in a college library. Every year we have recycled reading- we collect donations throughout the year (also, one of our librarians is on her local public library board and always gets a bunch of leftovers from their sales) and we put them out for students to take.
This year, we have a bulletin board "why we love our library"- students can stick up a note why they love the library and when they do they also fill out a raffle ticket for a prize to be drawn at the end of the week (we have fun mugs).
We also printed up a bunch of "Golden Tickets" that we hid around the library, if someone finds it there are instructions to bring it to the desk for a prize. We have lanyards and reusable tote bags as prizes.
Those are all really great ideas. I love the "why we love our library" bulletin board one. I may have to steal that!
I'm at an academic library and we use this as a way to take stock of our customer service. We're doing a big survey to see how we did for customer service in the past academic year, and we do it for every National Library Week.
We set up a table in front of the library and we staff it with everyone 9-5: reference librarians, student workers, circ staff, even the director jumps in. (At night, we have copies of the survey at the circulation and reference desks.) We decorate our table with balloons and have a big thing of candy. We wave people over, say it's National Library Week, and we ask people if they want to do our survey for a piece of candy.
Anyone can do the survey: students, community patrons, and even faculty, library faculty, staff, and administration. We ask general customer service questions, specific polling questions that our director wants to know, and our golden question: if you can change 1 thing in the library, what would it be?
We do social media stuff too but that's about it.

Every NLW we say "Oh, next year we should do something for NLW"... and then go back to being overwhelmed by all the other stuff we're doing. :)
