The way you put "I don't understand, but I think I understand." could almost be another line 😂 but yeah thanks for your kind words.

Thank you so much! And those two lines specifically are there to emphasise uncertainty and provoke or convey philosophical thoughts or feelings. But in reading it back a times repeatedly the me me me line seems a little clunky for the flow of the piece so thank you. 😊

So I think this could be pared down a bit. There's a couple lines that I don't think are completely essential. For example

> Me me me person!

could be omitted, since the reader can infer that the narrator is human from the next few lines (e.g., "Thought feelings"). In the same way,

> I have issues

could be cut out, since the narrator has already said that they have suicidal thoughts.

are pretty well done. They echo the sentiment about thoughts/feelings from earlier - the narrator finds themself faced with two bad options. Also the inclusion of "they say" is effective: it's a subtle way of showing that the narrator doesn't (completely) believe they'll actually be sad.

Thanks very much that's really kind words and thanks for the criticism. That's good that it's so relatable to people that haven't even suffered with this mindset before and have just heard about it from others. That's one of the biggest complaints you could give thanks. 

So I dated a girl a couple years back for a couple years who had severely depressive borderline personality disorder. This poem captures the essence of some of her torment so perfectly that I actually went and checked your comment history to see whether you might actually be her. Silly, I know. Still. My point being, while I do not myself particularly identify with that mindset and cannot truly empathise, you capture the staccato panic-filled self-loathing and confusion esquisitly here. I must confess that I often find such blatantly self-loathing poems to be rather gauche and stop reading in a few lines, yet you executed the sentiment in such a ways that I felt compelled to continue reading.

As far as improving it could go, I'd suggest you consider some extra capitalisation - "Ahhhhh" reads rather blandly to me, and I see it with the expectation more of an "AAHHHH!!", similarly, "me me me person" sounds to me like you actually want to be SHOUTING person in your frustration. Things li

This feels like a very raw inner dialogue that would take place in the head of someone dealing with some hardcore anxiety and in a way I can really relate to it. I don't necessarily get it but i "feel" it. Good Work!
