Trump positive election campaign montage

Shortly after Trumps election I remember there was a video floating about that was a compilation of some of his speeches, compiled in a sappy/heartfelt montage. My friend posted it on FB at the time but today we see that her post has at some point been silently removed.

I remember it had a clip from his pro-GLBT speech embedded in it, and none of the montages I can find today include it.

Does anyone here remember it and are able to find a copy?

She might try looking through her activity log. Facebook tends to truncate the timeline as it gets older. I post on Facebook maybe 3-5 times per year, and even my public-facing timeline doesn't show all of the posts I made from a few years ago. However, when I go into my activity log I can see everything I've posted.

Good tip! She can find her comments from that post, but when she clicks on them Facebook says the content isn't found.

If you can tell he's reading from a teleprompter, he doesn't mean it.

That's why, despite what he said during the campaign, he tried to ban transpeople from the military.

Nothing wrong with the trans ban in my opinion. The military already has a problem with suicide, no need to add in more suicide prone people.

It's almost as if helping trans people and giving them guns are not synonymous actions.

Please don't use our medical condition as your platform. I want surgery and will potentially be using hormones for life.

My dad can't join the military because of his medical condition.

My mom can't join the military because of her medical condition.

I, too, understand that pursuing relief for my condition would not leave me in proper fighting shape. Joining the army is being on a team. It's not all about me me me. It would be about how I, and any baggage that comes with me, effects the rest of my team. I'm not offended that the military is taking this into account anymore than I'm offended that the military doesn't want someone with diabetes.

This isn't a soppy one, but it's positive. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rTK18s1Oaxw
