Does tri-herald bv elementalist require Impulsa's?

I'm struggling with how well the explosions will work / scale without Impulsa's. I suspect Impulsa's will be very expensive next league, so I don't want to recommend the build as a starter if it needs that. Thanks for the help.

Is Triple herald BV the best way to do BV?

I managed to get ~700k dps on bow chieftain with regular endgame gear gear (6L short bow with t2 spell damage essence, kaom's heart, signal fire, ngahamu's tiki, t3 essence crafted rings with t3 life, one res, and fire damage. Also you have 8k life and 1k5 regen/s with RF on. Without RF you're around 500k dps and regen almost 3k/s. Don't know what the numbers are on Triple-herald Elementalist but this one version seemed strong

Maybe smoothest. But litterally anything with BV will work great.

I think inquisitor is better for bossing, but tri herald elementalist is better for mapping.

No but its gives you insane clear speed bonus.

Not required. It's a nice quality of life bonus for clearing maps once you get it. More fore the clear speed and smoothness. Adds almost nothing for taking out bosses
