For example sand flux has a higher tier tier version shelldust flux. I can use sand flux to create the higher tier bars like starmetal without issue. What is the value of the higher tier ones?

I've been doing some testing to see if it would work out as a league started. It certainly has the damage if everything was smooth.

It seems that if you trigger any corpse creation spell and any corpse consuming spell simultaneously, the corpse consuming spell fails. This happens regardless of socket order and item placement of the spells.

Specifically this means a spellslinger desecrate VD setup will require two triggers to start putting out VD projectiles. That's not the end of the world, but it really hurts if you put a movement ability into the mix, or move often.

I'm running disfavor cyclone champion as my character, and I randomly got a headhunter!!!! (from The Wretched). What changes should I make to allow the headhunter to be more effective?

I suspect I should remove brutality and impale, and switch to Slayer, though as noncrit I don't know if that's valuable. Is self curse temp chains manditory?

I'm struggling with how well the explosions will work / scale without Impulsa's. I suspect Impulsa's will be very expensive next league, so I don't want to recommend the build as a starter if it needs that. Thanks for the help.

Anyone else getting terrible hitching and fps drops? Especially near beasts. I ha e decent computer, and never had anything like this before. Turned everything to low, have average fps of 200, with frequent spikes to zero.
