Before I get to the poem, I want to say thank you to this community. It's been many years since I've written poetry and you guys have revived that spark in me with your kinds words and feedback. Now to the poem...

Time to think?

I have that in spades.

Time to sink,

'neath the thoughtless waves.

I'll ponder this,

Then I'll ponder that.

Sometimes I miss,

What I'm staring at.

Words come jumbled,

Right into my brain.

Thoughts come crumbled,

Could I be insane?

The world sees me,

I can't see it.

I look discretely,

But can't commit.

I think I missed,

What you just said.
