Guess I just came out to my mom

And I think it went okay. I told her I might be aroace. Her first reaction was that I'm just a late bloomer and that I still might change before I turn 25 (I'm 21) and I'll eventually find someone. But she was also open to the idea I might never change and she said I'd have to learn to accept it and live with it.

I've been feeling extremely lonely and afraid I might have to spend my life alone and talking about it with someone who cares about me definitely helped.

Yeah I think it's what I want. I want to be in a qpr with another aroace person, but finding that person is basically impossible(

I'm pretty new to the community, what's QPR? Google is just showing results for Queens Park Rangers Football Club.

How do you feel about getting a pet? That's a lot of love but not in a romantic way :)

How about a pet rather then an owner.

It's the joke about how cats kinda view us as slaves 😂
