Harmony
We find inspiration in the strangest of places and at the most random times. For me, it happened when I accidentally clicked on a YouTube video in my recommendations. Before I could backtrack, my ears were filled with a gentle melody. And soon after I was in my own little world remembering the time when I was young learning to play the violin and performing on stage at a recital. I absolutely love writing poetry while listening to lyric-less music. And for the curious here is a link to the music video: "Abundance of the Heart" by Rachel Currea
A strike of the key a pluck of the string
A resounding sound as the instrument sings.
A passionate noise never heard before
A sequence of notes that's hard to ignore.
A piece of their heart in more ways than one
A song of their life and what they had done.
A tale of the past, the sound of their heart
A craft they cherish, their own style of art.
A moment to play for their sound to be heard
A moment in time to be as free as a bird.
