Miss Kudzu.
Miss Kudzu.
You're such a beautiful lady.
With your large leaves,
And their delicate curves,
And the quiet flowers that bloom every year
Locked within your hair.
Miss Kudzu.
You're a wonderful lady.
You let your sisters all named Anthophila
Drink from those magenta flowers,
You bare with great pride.
You let us humans pluck your leaves with
Such a gentle touch.
You give us a kind little smile,
And say not a word.
Miss Kudzu.
You are a gorgeous lady.
That I cannot ever deny.
Yet you grasp your friends with
Such an iron-like hand.
You cover your mistakes with your
Foot-long foliage, being very flirty...
But you can't seem to stop
Getting your vines dirty!

Dedicated to the hellish amounts of kudzu down here in the South.
