I think vel'koz needs a buff to his Q, giggle.

I think vel'koz could use a point 0.2 increase on his ap ratio on Q cough https://puu.sh/Ba6t2/27caabc71c.jpg

as dealing damage is particularly difficult on this champ.

If i was a riot employee i would definitely buff the q ratio snigger since dealing damage is ever so umm taxing on this champ.

I mean on one hand he was weak as fuck according to statistics for several months, on the other hand he always had enough dmg, its just that jumpy jump meta is bullshit for him.
