Or, "Admit it to yourself- your kind words cut."

The theme here resonates really well with me - fake pleasantries always rubbed me the wrong way. Two lines that I thought made an interesting combination were

> Your saccharine ways belie your true aggression

> I know you'd like to punch me in the gut

the first line feels like a 'polite' version of the cruder second line, which works well with this theme. The next two lines of the stanza are similar - although not sharing a meaning, the first is dressed up and the second is barer. 

A couple minor things I might change - "from any you encounter in your life" feels a little awkwardly phrased, "from anyone..." might sound better. Also this makes it 11 syllables, like the lines around it. Another thing to consider is adding some more punctuation to the final line, specifically after "yourself".

Overall, great job! This is my favorite of your poems so far.

Reading the first two lines made me think that it was about creepy guys hunting women on social media. But it turned out to be about people masquerading. I'm satisfied either way.

Before I got to college, I didn't talk to many people, therefore my pool of friends was very small. Somebody asked me once about why I didn't really like talking to people, and my response was something like, "People are just too nice to me all the time." At the time, I didn't know why that was my answer for that question, but now I do.

I can't handle conversing with people who say things just to say things. I can't stand this constant bouncing around I have to do mentally to understand whether or not someone is being genuine. 

This post speaks to my whole life.

What can be the meaning of this greeting?

You say "Hello, how are you?" like you care.

But somehow I can't find in our last meeting

a glint of common ground that we might share.
