Ego; enemy
Rhyme; prose
Pose; suppose
Live; free
Died; personas
The pen; our life
His words; her feelings
Her brain; his hands
Speak now; they understand
Go to breathe; follow up now.
You can choose; words do not

Can’t leave you; on such a note
You win now; go ahead and gloat
Take my structure; take my soul
I’m watered down; energy deprived coal
Embers were flying high; you’ve stolen our sky
It was all an attempt; a contemplation exempt
Power in moving forward; what goals was I moving toward?
My unified task; it now entitles you to bask.
I feel; lopsided as my soul teems over
Falling; off of the cup onto the floor.
Heavy; in the spots where it matters the least.
Giving; weight to the most darkest of places until all of the liquid is gone.
Plop.
