How busy is the 41 if you get on at wesbrook village?
Are the busses always full around 7-8? Got a place recently there.

The 49 is going to be servicing Westbrook village soon, it's always pretty empty after cambie in the morning, you'll be fine once it switches anyway
That'll probably not begin until September 2019, when the 41st B-Line begins in operation.
There was always a long line up when I lived there so I preferred just to walk to class, taking the path through the sports fields. You can time yourself so that you know the exact time you need to leave to get there on time rather than hope you can squeeze on the next bus.
At around that time, there's a lot of people who get on at the UBC bus loop, and then get off at Wesbrook to go shopping or home. There is almost always space to get on!
I live in Westbrook Village. I've never seen the 41 "full" at the Birney Avenue stop. There've always been at least a few seats available - regardless which direction you're going.
Same with me, however, I haven't paid attention to the specific time indicated.
It may be good to invest in a cheap bicycle if you don't want to take the bus or worry that it's full. Most places on campus can be reached within a 5-15 minute bike ride from Wesbrook.
It may be a bit of a walk, but you can walk to 16th Ave and catch the 43.
7-8am? Not on the way to campus. But if you're going to class at something like 9:45 or 10:45, I would quite frequently encounter long lines and busses that were full.
Pretty full but I’ve never been passed by a full bus, I’ve always been able to fit.
I generally prefer walking to campus anyways, it’s a beautiful walk through the sports fields.
How long is the walk usually.
12-15 minutes to LSC
