Since i'm trying to craft tonnes of gravitational potions i need fire blossoms en masse so i went to hell got 100 ash blocks and laid them around my house on the surface, not one fire blossom and since then i travelled the world and still no fire blossom

Place planter boxes down. (Bought from the Dryad) Harvest some seeds from the Underworld by using the staff of regrowth. Plant the seeds in the planters, and run through them with the staff of regrowth between 3:45 and 7:30pm in game time (bloom window)
Ever since ive laid down 50 planters of each plant, I have 2 chests dedicated to every plant (flower / seed)
Plant them in space. It sounds weird but it worked for me
Edit: i mean place ash blocks in space
Why do you need gravity potions?
...did you plant the seeds? They only grow naturally in hell

My mistake then, I apologize. However, I’d still recommend using seeds so that you don’t leave it up to random chance.
