I’ve found two over the past two years, a 6 cup at GW for ~ $3.00, and a 10, missing its collar, at a Vincent de Paul for $1.50. Both were on vase shelves.
If anyone is looking for replacement collar sets, Chemex stocks them at a reasonable price (shipping is steep, though, IMHO).

Great deal! Got one a couple weeks ago missing the wood collar for $2. Luckily I had a collar hanging around (because the cat broke an older Chemex a while ago).
Also found a 3 cup complete one about 4 years ago for $3.
