Shout out to the people who calmly detail and report on the issues they are encountering, to encourage a rapid and effective response.
You guys are the real MVPs.
The people raging bring nothing to the table other than upvotes for visibility. But those upvotes could be provided without the karma-whoring and counterproductive rants and insults.
I agree there's no excuse for the bugs and lack of communication from Blizzard. But this #BetaForAzeroth echo chamber isn't helping.
And don't get me wrong: I'm guilty of it too, in the other direction. I've been meeting snark with snark, and that doesn't solve anything.
We are all passionate about this game. We all want a fun experience we can share. It's fair to get upset and to be concerned. But it's important to channel our passion and concern in a positive way, to enforce positive change.
It's the difference between calmly (but firmly) explaining to the server that you expected bacon on your bacon cheeseburger but found none, and shouting "My burger is wrong!" before throwing it at the cashier and encouraging everyone to throw whatever they're eating too.
The more people who calmly detail and report problems - or even who simply upvote without the pointless angry comments - the more quickly this stuff gets fixed and we can get back to shitposts, memes, and pretending our faction is better than the other guys.

I'm fairly certain the opposite is true. If people are calm about something and mention how it's not quite right, Blizzard feels no pressure to change it. If people are burning down their house due to the amount of rage they appear to feel over it, Blizzard feels pressure to do something. It's why we got permanent bans for folks that made use of that world quest bug or why people had their equipment revoked with the mythic bug, while there's still bugs that were reported during beta and have been referenced near-weekly, but without as much brimstone behind it.
The reason why people get dramatic is that drama wards other people away, which can mean anything from them not arguing, to them leaving the game. Both are positive outcomes for a person looking for change, since the former means they deal with less noise and the latter means they've achieved a larger economic impact on Blizzard than if they were to simply boycott it by themselves.
You only need to look at Battlefront 2 to know that absolutely the opposite is true. You don't get a fast response by writing a detailed letter to the corporate offices. You get a fast response by posting some crazy rant right on their facebook page for everyone to see. Management is going to be laughing to the bank with your well-written responses that only like 10 of the 1000 people who upvote it bother reading in full. Meanwhile, sweat starts dripping once that shitpost that hits 10k upvotes paints BfA as garbage because it will detract new players and create a viral meme which is incredibly hard to stop.
It's common advice on Reddit to just go straight to Twitter or Facebook for resolution.
