[Aether][LFM][MC/C] Static 7/8 Looking for Healer(ANY) for 4.4 Prog and later UWU prog

We are aiming for a Week 1-2 Clear of Alphascape and plan to raid extra days + Extended hours for the first week or two. Normal schedule after will consist of 2-3 days of reclears + UWU prog. Raid times are 8:00/8:30 PM CST Start and end times will vary between 11:00 PM CST and 12:00 AM CST, someone willing to go even later for the first week would be preferred.

Expectations:

• High level play of your job. This includes : efficiently planning your heals throughout a fight, maintaining DPS during downtime, ability to recover situations if needed and the ability to perform mechanics as required by the raid.
• Communication with Co-healer outside of raid to plan CDs throughout a fight and a stream of communication during raid to plan things out.
• Punctuality - If you are going to be late, just need to let the raid know but otherwise being on time and rested is expected. If you are on Gilgamesh or Sargatanas expect foods and pots provided, otherwise make sure you have it provided for your self.
• Voice chat is heavily required for this role.
