I am an omni-ranged main looking for a group to prog 5.2 and onwards with. I have been raiding in this game since ARR and I have cleared every raid tier but two when they were relevant. The past two tiers I have cleared by week 2. I have cleared UWU and TEA (Clear was on a different character, I will provide logs and validation if necessary). I am looking for a week 1 group that will put a good amount of hours up front. Post-prog optimization and speed is something I am interested in but not a requirement for the group as my priority is clearing the content first.

Long running static (3 members since Creator) looking to fill our ranks. Currently in need of a healer, preferably a SCH/WHM for Ultimate prog.

Our current raid hours are between 7:30pm until 11:30pm CST. Post prog schedule is ~9hr/week (3 nights), while during prog we plan on 16-20hr/week (4~ nights) with a longer ~6hr day on the weekends; scheduling for that is up to the group's availability. Furthermore we plan on playing 24+ hr on the first week of Ultimate and future tier releases.

Furthermore we plan on playing 24+ Hours on the first week of ultimate and future tier releases.

We are long standing static (Good number of members have raided together for awhile). Looking to find a new healer and a caster. We cleared the last tier early Week 2 and aim to clear ultimate in a month or two months.

During post prog we raid about 8-9 hours a week.

During prog we will raid anywhere from 20-26 hours a week, scheduling depending.

Raid nights start at 7:30 PM CST at the earliest and end at 11:30 PM CST the latest.

During prog one weekend day will be extended to 6-8 hours and the time/days will be determined by the group as we get close.

Hello Reddit!

I've been toiling pretty hard over DNC for the past two months now. I spent a good amount of time learning python and then producing a simulation of sorts to test both openers and logical priority choices. I've also spent some time creating spreadsheets, identifying the few complexities that DNC has and working with simulators / spreadsheets / mathcrafters of other jobs to figure how a DNC effects their DPS.

It, of course, hasn't been just me working on things and I've had several help from Mentors in the Balance and other really active members.

Anyway I wrote this unnecessarily long document to better explain the methodology behind

Why does this sub exist when r/ffxiv is the same thing but with twice the amount of quality content?

Self-promotion has always been a really subjective topic in regards to reddit. As far as I know the only post outlining something about it is here . That being said, I have seen "Self-promotion rules enforced on the FFXIV subreddit before. Though I have not been active there for quite some time, there used to be posts deleted ever so often from users posting their own youtube or twitch content. I remember being afraid to post my own youtube video, even though I regularly participated in the sub. I'm not sure if things have changed or if this ruling is more laxed but it has come to my attention that the FFXIV subreddit has become a sort of feeding

Looking for a good sch to continue prog. Group has been up to Annihilation Cast. Some experience is preferred.

Raid times will be around 8:30 PM CST - 12:00 AM CST ~Three-ish days a week. Discord is required!

Raid times are 8:00/8:30 PM CST Start and end times will vary between 11:00 PM CST and 12:00 AM CST, someone willing to go even later for the first week would be preferred.

Expectations:

• High level play of your job. This includes : efficiently planning your heals throughout a fight, maintaining DPS during downtime, ability to recover situations if needed and the ability to perform mechanics as required by the raid.
