And also: I understand that you're doing almost all of the work modding. Get some help. It's about to get crazy in here as soon as the first wave of marketing goes out

If you refuse to put in a small amount of work to tweet their support team then I’m afraid I can’t really do anything to help you.
Edit: Oh look! An answer!. So to answer your question, no, there isn’t an ETA but they are allocating significant resources to fixing the issue.

I do, in fact, refuse to use Twitter (because it's bad, you know?). It's not about work; it's about not supporting bad companies.
You deleted my first comment asking for this information. Then you responded to my new post telling me there was nothing you could do. And then after I said that I was going to wait for their response YOU tweeted them, got a response, and linked it back to this post twice....
It's not about work for either of us

I deleted it because you put it on the feedback megathread but didn’t post it under the bug comment like the rules of the megathread state.
But, I’m not one to say you need to use Twitter. You can also open a support case here
