How doesnDVR work on Live TV

Just cut the cord and went to live tv.

Added all my shows to my stuff. My wife watches shows like Live with Kelly and Ryan everyday. So that has been recording on DVr. Will that stay until she deletes it? I know some shows will record then expire and go to on demand as they get added, is that right? What happens when a new season of a show finishes if it’s not on my DVr? Will it stay on demand? I know shows like It’s Always Sunny usually didn’t show up on normal Hulu until a year after airing. When this season ends will I lose those episodes for a year?

Stays on the DVR until it's either deleted, or until you run out of space (in which case it deletes the oldest recording to stay current).

You CAN, however, go into the show details and choose which series to record, or which ones to just notify you of new on-demand episodes. Helpful for keeping that DVR organized.

I hate to say this but...who the hell knows.

IASIP used to air the day after air in the earlier days of Hulu (you know, back when the interface didn't completely suck, and you had a nicely organized watch queue). Then it was completely gone from Hulu for 3 seasons (IIRC). Then it came back with seasons added a year after air. Then they added all the back seasons. Now at least on Live, it appears to be staying on demand. And I have yet to figure out how to determine conclusively whether some shows in My Stuff are being shown on demand or via DVR.

Show rights with Hulu change like a freaking chameleon sometimes unfortunately.
