I am snapshotting a Server to a remote backup location. The Job starts and I watch the status through NCLI and the Percentage of the job freezes at 30 percent, then the data keeps going for 2-3 hours rising from 1GB to 5GB replicated. The percentage still sits at 30 percent and eventually the job just Freezes and I see an error that Replication to the remote site hasn't made any progress in an hour. AHV Hypervisor. Anyone seen this? Is there a way to restart a repliction without having the cancel it?

Ive always been able to setup a local script on Exchange on Prem boxes to run a powershell and email a welcome/info email to new users. Is there an easy way to do this in 365 using Automate or another process?

Right now I have a Rule to Add an external disclaimer to all mail coming from outside my organization. Simple Transport Rule applies when

"Sender is Outside the Organization" "Recipient is inside the Organization".

This works 99 percent of the time to let users know this isnt an internal email.

We fat fingered a name when setting up a new Deployment share (Old one got corrupted by DFS, so we copied the original and create a new share) Someone put an extra character in it. So when we PXE boot we see an error because it cannot find that share. So we went in and fixed it in MDT, The Bootstrap .ini, updated the share, changed the WDS Boot image etc. Still every time we boot in we get an error connecting to the old path (\servername\deploymentsharez$) with the Z which was extra. What am I missing?

This is going to sound crazy. I recently moved. I found a new local Primary Care doctor and hes taking on patients. I couldnt get in to see him until 5/6 for my first visit to come on as a new patient. Last night I was touching my scrotum and noticed a lump on/connected to my left testicle. We have been having users Sync certain libaries to their PC through One Drive. This works great. The one issue we have is when the Library has the Check out/in feature enabled. When the files sync, they show a lock in Explorer and all the files open in Read me. You cant Check out via the old method of File, Info, CHeckout. It never prompts for checkout in a yellow banner like when syncing to a on prem sharepoint. The only way to checkout the files is to go into the Web Sharepoint Library, Click the 3 Dots and check out. Thios defeats the purpose of syncing to a PC to edit with local apps.

Main Datacenter hosts Home Drives. All offices have VPLS back to the datacenter.

A remote office has grown and now that pipe to the datacenter s saturated. Right now Home Drives Redirect and sync to the users desk. We have a Domain controller at the location.

Is it possible to have the Home Drives which currently are on a File Server in a datacenter replicate to the Domain Controller or a File Server at the site, which then syncs to the users desktop? Would speed things up when syncing files from the User PC. Then perhaps the File Server to File Server replication could be scheduled for non p

Added all my shows to my stuff. My wife watches shows like Live with Kelly and Ryan everyday. So that has been recording on DVr. Will that stay until she deletes it? I know some shows will record then expire and go to on demand as they get added, is that right? What happens when a new season of a show finishes if it’s not on my DVr? Will it stay on demand? I know shows like It’s Always Sunny usually didn’t show up on normal Hulu until a year after airing. When this season ends will I lose those episodes for a year?
