Location on LIuve TV Different

I got a new modem today, same IP as I used to have, and it shows my IP as being in my town.

My phone and Ipad get the correct local channels, but my Fire TV and Roku get Portland maine for some reason, while I live in Buffalo NY

Any One see this?
