Halloween's fast approaching. Do y'all have any favorite songs to lindy/bal/shag/etc. to that suit the theme?

Louis Armstrong, Spooks
[deleted]
Tommy Dorsey - Satan Takes a Holiday
"Headless Horseman" by Kay Starr is one of my favorites, it has a really good tempo for lindy hop.
Also, look up various forms of "Mr. Ghost Goes to Town"
If you do some searching, you'll find this gets discussed every year, and there are plenty of suggestions in older threads.
Excellent, thank you! And yeah, I probably should have delved into some archived posts before making a new one... :/
The Moon-Rays - Swinging at the Sceance
Ol' Man Mose - Connie Francis
Transylvania 6-5000 - Alfredo Rey
Skeletons in the Closet - The Moon-Rays (they have lots of Halloween themed songs)
Harlem Ghost Story - Gunhild Carling
The Ghost of Smokey Joe - The Stolen Sweets
I'll be Glad When You're Dead (You Rascal You) - Louis Armstrong
Rattlin' Bones - Preservation Jazz Band
Jack You're Dead - Louis Jordan and his Tympany Five
Ghost Riders in the Sky - Scatman Crothers
I hesitate but...Who's That Creeping - Big Bad Voodoo Daddies (sorry)
I also play Lavender Coffin and Dr. John's Cruella De Vil at our Halloween dances.
Postmodern Jukebox did a 30s jazz version of thriller with Wayne Brady that they released on Halloween last year that I like to bring out from time to time.
I think Bizet Has His Day is pretty spooky
The Wobblin' Goblin - Rosemary Clooney (she's got other Halloween stuff, too)
Jezebel - Earl Hines and His orchestra
East Saint Louis Toodle-oo
I also really like this version of Celery Stalks at Midnight with Doris Day singing.
The monster mash is surprisingly good to dance to q

Thanks for the plug. :-D
Also, really awesome that 3 other responses to this post mention songs we covered on that EP!
