I have a relative who has brain cancer, and has benefited from CBD oil with THC. It is not legal where this person lives. So a terminally ill cancer patient could be locked up for doing something that is helping stave off imminent death. It isn't right and at the very minimum medical cannabis should be 50 state legal.
