Help me plagiary-check this poem about a wooden sword

Feedback Received!

First post on OCPoetry. So um, Hello! I'm not a poet normally, but a few people have given me books of poetry and things over the years. Sometimes my brain does this thing where I have something pop into my head and I honestly can't tell if it's something my mind created or just pieces of something I'm remembering from a long time ago. What is it about writers that makes us tend toward those certain habits that effect one's memory? Anyway this poem came into my head and I'd really appreciate if ya'll would read it and tell me if any part of it sounds like a poem you've seen somewhere else. Otherwise I think I might engrave it on something and hang it up somewhere and I'm going to feel awfully stupid if it ends up just being pieces of things I read in school shittily sliced up and rearranged by my brain. Thank you, and pklease drive safely.

The falchion blade of wood is made to swing carefree and wild. To wield it is to feel today the courage of a child.

As souls regrow, in time we know that every wound will mend As broken pieces wilt and fall, and new ones grow again.

The hills are filled with wonders still, so wipe your tears away. Take up once more your wooden sword, wake up, go out and play!
