Do you have any advice on usage or runes?

Violent(Despair is possible) with anything offset. Spd HP/CD/CR HP. I run mine Violent Shield Spd Cr Hp. 100% CR is ideal. I believe all *offensive unicorns should be runed the same way.
Don’t listen to people saying her debuffs are lame, they’re great against damage dealers because it causes atk break and glancing. Helena’s def break is awesome, I won’t deny that, but Alexandra is great in her own way.
End game stats should be at least 30k Hp 100% Cr 200 spd. Higher than that and other defensive stats would be great.
I have tried her with CD slot 4 but I don’t have the runes or rune quality for it to work well enough. Hopefully I can transition soon.

100% CR is ideal. I believe all unicorns should be runed the same way.

HP CR/CD HP is possible too, if you you are able to get ~ +90 SPD from subs.
Mine is currently on Despair Blade SPD CD HP, but just for the lolz xD
Working on good Vio Will runes atm. Still need 3 more runes to re-rune her :/ She has very high rune requirements, but if you can give her all the stats she needs, she's great in RTA :) Solo'ed a Perna in a RTA 1v1 once. ATKBreak + Glancing can be very crucial, when there is no immunity on the other side
