Ticket sales (regular)

Prices vary from 60 to 110 EUR and will vary slightly depending on venue and location, with the standing being the cheapest, and seated costing more. Expect to pay 80 EUR for a standing ticket. You can try checking your ticket selling site and see if they have prices put up.

To make things simple, there will be three stages* of ticket sale.

1. Pre-order member pre-sale (10 AM local venue time)
   1. Eligible for those who pre-ordered the album before Thursday 8 November at 11:59p GMT FROM OFFICIAL STORE
   2. Your code will be e-mailed presumably to the e-mail that you pre-ordered album with (store account, not members site/forum site)
   3. You should be getting your code around 2 PM UK time, 12th November. Check your spam folders. If you have not received a code by that time, send e-mail to Museearlyaccess@wmgcustomerservice.com
2. Members pre-sale (1 PM local venue time)
   1. The code is available on Members section of the new muse.mu site. See "Accessing new muse.mu site" section if you are having trouble accessing the site.
   2. It is advised to reset password before the Members section pre-sale.
3. General sale
   1. Starts Friday 16 November at 9am local for the UK, 10am local for Europe, noon local for North America, except Philadelphia & Phoenix which are 1pm local.

^(*Depending on the venue, there might be a venue specific pre-sale for venue members. You have to check this yourself as I do not have a comprehensive list of it.)

Ticket sales (enhanced experience)

Enhanced Experience pre-sale begins November 13th, starts at 10am local venue time, except Manchester and London which are 9AM local venue time. This pre-sale is open to the public & a password is not required.

Premium ticket bundle ( $229 USD / 309 CAD. ) includes:

• One (1) premium reserved ticket -OR- general admission floor ticket to see Muse live with early access to the floor before doors*
• One (1) Muse 2019 Enhanced Experience show-specific poster
• One (1) collectible ‘Thought Contagion’ retro lunchbox
• Dedicated venue entrance with early merchandise shopping before general doors
• Dedicated check-in staff

Enhanced Experience ( $399 USD / 529 CAD ) includes:

• All the things included in Premium ticket bundle
• Access to the Muse Mixed Reality Pre-Show Party, powered by Microsoft:
  • Immerse yourself in three virtual reality games based on songs from Muse’s new album, ‘Simulation Theory,’ created exclusively for the Enhanced Experience
  • Interactive photo opportunities featuring props and memorabilia from Muse’s newest music videos
  • Hors d’oeuvres and cash bar**
• On-site Enhanced Experience Host

Accessing new muse.mu site

To get access to the new members area, you have to reset your password because of the new site.

Do not confuse muse.mu site with board.muse.mu or store.muse.mu accounts. They are separate.

Resale sites

Ticket resale will be strictly limited to Twickets, a fan-to-fan ticket resale platform.
