if only you were kind

You cracked open a smile

and kept it controlled -

you gave her your coat

just because it was cold.

You lit a few candles

shut your mouth when you chewed -

if it all goes as planned

you'll soon both be nude.

She sleeps soundly now

after taking a piss -

you know that it's weird

but you gave her a kiss.

Blued in the moonlight

Alone in the snow

You wish you were with her,

but you're too polite.
