Yep I have, reported and posted this while the game was stuck since it took a long time.
Do note that eventually, my opponent just conceded. No timers ever came up though, and I could see him hover over things and send chat (prio on him in the picture but he could say 'Your Go.')
EDIT: Also, guy who commented the 3rd comment in this post, you're shadowbanned i think
