Seriously, it's one thing to not respond to initial applications, but just fuck you if you leave people you put through multiple interviews hanging. Unprofessional as fuck.

Yup, I found out I didn't get a job because a friend of mine in the same field posted on Facebook how excited she was to get the position. I don't recall if they ever got back to me.
When I got my job, I made sure not to post anything in case the same happened to someone else.
Yes!! I had a fantastic phone interview for a great job (work from home with benefits and decent pay). I had a great rapport with the interviewer and 2 weeks later... NOTHING. I emailed last week, they said they were still interviewing people.
I’m sorry man.... it does suck and yes it’s very unprofessional. I’m going through similar stuff myself atm.
Hiring managers really suck sometimes.
Yes!!!! Had a company offer to fly me overseas for an interview, then ghost me on the trip details a couple weeks later. A highly reputable firm, after multiple interviews in person and via Skype.
