Does anyone know what controls the setting of state and state reason on chat interactions? We are seeing an issue where State is being set to Closed Abandoned and State Reason to Left before Engagement when either the customer leaves the chat before a live agent picks up the chat, or if the customer hits the max wait time we have set for queue. We'd like to set a different state/state reason for the latter scenario but can't find what controls setting those fields upon chat conclusion

Passed yesterday evening with an 809 and still flying high. Studied off and on for the past year using Professor Messer's materials and the Udemy practice tests, though buckled down and studied regularly the past month.

Not going to lie, I thought it go either way when I hit that submit button, but I ended up passing with an 812. A relief to finally be past this.

I used Prof. Messer's videos and notes and Mike Meyer's videos on Lynda. For practice tests, I used Examcram, Jason Dion's tests on Udemy, and Pocketprep.

On to Sec+!

I've been using both of these to practice for my upcoming Net+ exam and was wondering if there is one that is closer to the actual exam. Right now these exams feel very different, both in what they cover and the setup of the questions. Obviously it's best to be able to do well on both to do well on the exam, but I was just wondering if one skews closer to what I should expect when I sit for the actual test.

Seriously, it's one thing to not respond to initial applications, but just fuck you if you leave people you put through multiple interviews hanging. Unprofessional as fuck.

I'll be taking the 902 petty soon and while I think I'm pretty solid on most of the rest of the material, the upgrade paths are kiiiiling me. Maybe it's just the way I learn, but the straight memorization is not working well, so I was wondering if anyone had any good mnemonics or other good methods for remembering the different upgrade paths between Windows versions.

So my current OG controllers are both pretty trashed with some significant stick drift and sticky buttons. I've cleaned them as best as I can but they're still not great. I ended up with some extra money and was looking to buy an elite controller. I expected the 2 to be announced at E3 but with that not happening I'm wondering if I should just buy a regular elite, which I understand might be hard to find, or stick it out until they announce the 2 and just hope it happens relatively soon. Any suggestions from the more experienced of you out there?

I've seen this in a lot of profiles lately, and I'm really curious what the women who have it mean by that. Holding the door? Just being respectful? Do you want your partner to pay for everything? Do you want them in full plate armor and to set off on some dragon slaying?

I understand it is going to have different meanings to different people, but if you have it in your profile, I would love to know more about what it means to you.

Made the mistake of getting really high last night and not having any keto friendly snacks around when I eventually got hungry. This has happened before and I normally crack and gorge myself on the carb loaded snacks I have for my kids. This time I stayed strong and didn't drop off the wagon! As someone whose willpower is less than stellar, this is a huge accomplishment for me.

Hi all,

So I've sort of been talked into a corner that I hope some of you can help with. I have restaurant kitchen experience cooking large volumes of food and when I offered to help with some of the cooking for a retreat that an organization I belong to is putting on, they all of a sudden asked me to come up with a menu.

While I was fine cooking in an industrial kitchen following recipes, coming up with something myself, especially something for roughly 25 people, that I have to cook in a regular kitchen is a little beyond me. I have to cover four nights. I'm going to do a simple sausage, white bean, and kale soup on one night and a beef stew on another. However for the other two nights
