I went on the Internet this week, and I've found this: a bit of the Stig added to someone's face.. only on one frame of this video.

It was suggested for me to repost this with a better title. Story how I've found it:
I was talking with my friend about Chernobyl, and decided to link her the Top Gear's episode about it. A strange piece of text caught my attention, and decided to find out what it was. Apart from the text, I found this. I was genuinely surprised, that there's nothing on the internet about it..

Im from Ukraine so it’s one of my fav episodes! If you guys are interested in Chernobyl there is a series on YouTube of some russian guy walking to Chernobyl stalker style, multiple videos through woods avoiding soldiers etc. super interesting.

Amazing catch!

What's his channel's name?

"It is just pure pornography."

Maybe the guy had a communist symbol on his hat, or some political message on it

They could've just deleted this one very frame. This whole scene is just for 1/25 of a second, placed in a middle of a different footage.

Great spot! Never noticed anything like this before in Top Gear. I wonder if that Ukrainian phrase means anything either?

I would love to know why this is even a thing.

It says "Пуск мремьего блока", translators claim that it means something on the lines of "starting block of a march". Considering that on that moment you can see people marching, it might be a piece from an Ukrainian TV report.

Sorry, I don't know the Cyrillic alphabet, I assumed it was Ukrainian.
