SOLVED: Had to disable Above 4G Decoding in BIOS

As in the title, Radeon Software (nor DirectX apps) doesn't turn on in a Windows virtual machine (QEMU) with a single GPU Pass-through. I've managed to install the drivers, I can set a high refresh rate on my screen - everything seems to work great, except that one thing which is quite important for gaming purposes. That issue however is exclusive to AMD, when passing through an Nvidia GPU everything works, including games (tried R6S).
I'm clueless what could be at fault as I can't find any driver logs to find a problem.
One thing which might be worth mentioning is that whenever I unbind an EFI Framebuffer, I either get Segmentation Fault

I have a fairly popular problem with BF4 regarding it's missing ping in multiplayer mode. While the lack of it doesn't make the gameplay any worse, a lot of servers have plug-ins kicking players with high/missing ping. What's interesting is I've managed to get ping working with Lutris+Wine, however I get constant stuttering making my experience not great.

I've found a few threads (example) with similar problem however I can't get it fixed on my end.

I'm running Arch with Zen kernel ver. 5.12.2 and Proton 6.3-3. Any suggestions? Has anyone experienced this problem with Proton?

I've just got myself the X-Fi HD for one and the only reason - SBX Pro Studio. Especially it's virtual surround. The problem is, that it doesn't work the way I've expected. It upmixes 2.0, rather than downmixing 7.1. In Windows audio settings I can't set the output to 7.1, I have only the "Stereo" option.

Do I have some issues with my Windows 10 1903, or this particular sound card doesn't support virtual 7.1 over headphones?

Is this possible, to pair my DS4 with my 6s to use it in PPSSPP, or any other emulators? I've read that "Controllers for All" was required, but it seems like it doesn't support iOS 12. Are there any other alternatives?

I have a weird glitch/issue, where my motherboard doesn't push the core ratio from the stock 37. I have the latest BIOS, and I was able to OC this CPU in the past (used OC Tuner II though) to 4.8 and 5.0, but due to the temperature concerns I've decided to downclock it and leave it for a while. I have an Asus TUF Z370-Pro motherboard. In AI Tweaker tab it claims that a max. frequency for my CPU should be 5000 MHz, but in reality it seems to be stuck at 3700. I have my own playlist of songs, and "Cherry Moon" was on it. It is now grayed out = it got deleted/restricted in my country. Googling it up shows that an entire album "Nothing Else" is no longer playable for me. Does somebody know what's going on?

Need help with changing my game's UI language to English. I've read numerous amounts of articles, that people in Poland (so that's me) are forced to buy cheaper versions of BF1, BF4 etc. with only Polish and Russian languages available. We have no option to buy more expensive, international versions of those titles (this also includes the EA Access subscription).

I've managed to find an option to select English voiceover, however seeing UI in Polish makes it harder for me to focus (I can't understand both languages at the same time). Is there any solution to this problem?
