Does anyone know a good website or something to find concerts happening in Japan? I was used to using Songkick but for Japanese concerts this is not ideal (they miss a lot, especially in the noise-scene).
Somewhat related: is there a website for events? Such as art-exhibitions, or anything that is happening really. I'm not only interested in Tokyo.
Your advice is appreciated :)

In regards to exhibitions and other art related events, Tokyo Art Beat is probably the best and most comprehensive website I've used (both as a visitor and professional).
Following artists on twitter or other social media sites can be a good way to find out about shows.

So a lot of people gave good answers, and your question is sites, but I'd also like to say that word of mouth will lead you to some incredible spots for live shows. I feel that the artist community in Japan isn't as big on having a web presence, because when I used to play live shows there, people would just tell their friends, and suddenly I'd have more people at my next show, it was crazy.
I'd ask around until you get a few good recommendations, then when you are at those shows and make some friends, springboard off that and find even more locations. Soon you'll be inundated with awesome spots to see great local shows :)
Checking out the websites of venues you like is a good way too. Or just googling your favorite bands and see if they have any dates near you.
Only good way is to learn the venues and check their sites. Or head down to your nearest music store, they’ve probably got some posters up.

E-plus is a similar ticketseller site, but you can also bookmark keyword searches, like this.
Eventernote has been a good resource for me. Not sure if there might be stuff for the things you're interested in but worth a shot

Try Livenation and Creativeman Productions. I recently saw Judas Priest and they were brought in by Creativeman.
