Is this post real life
Is this just fantasy?
Caught in a landslide?
No escape from reality
Looks like the song ends there.

Definitely illegal. You’re under arrest, hand over your reddit account
You guys live or die by these projections huh?
Seriously. It’s a nice guide your first year in a league. Or after you go from standard to ppr or something. Or if you don’t pay attention at all. But outside of that. I don’t even look at projections. Wish there was a chrome app to hide the projections honestly. They are there to mess with you. Nothing else.
I like projections for one reason. Sometimes, a player has the Q tag all week but have normal projections, then suddenly their projection plummets without their designation changing. Seeing that can alert me to go see what’s going on in the even I missed some relevant news.
It doesn’t come into play too often, but it’s caught my attention in the past when I open up the app to make a quick adjustment.
This may sound stupid, but I intentionally put the highest projected players in my lineup JUST to mess with my opponent. I hope they'll see a much larger score and be a little more erratic.
I actually do the opposite. Put in a lower scoring lineup (but still one or two studs to not be obvious) so maybe my opponent thinks they have the game in the bag and don’t try to improve their team during the week.
Hmm, I like that idea a lot, nice.
Anything to get a leg up on competition.
Holy crap I do the same thing! Make them think about it.
Ur under arrest
RED ALERT! USELESS PROJECTION CHANGE! ADJUST LINEUPS ACCORDINGLY!

Does it make it illegal to make roster changes based on ESPN’s insider information (kinda like stock trading)?
Careful with your tibia this week.
I had taken him OUT of my starting lineup because I was projected to lose yesterday. Now I’m putting him back IN my lineup because I’m projected to win by more now.
Thanks for walking me through this!
do you just start the guys ESPN tells you to start?
give me some of whatever you’re smoking
It's very illegal to make roster changes based on projections. Now this particular law is not heavily enforced, so if you choose to act on this alleged 'inside information' feel free to do so at your own risk.
In all seriousness, just monitor Conner's injury - if he's out roll with Samuels, if he plays then bench Samuels.
I think what everyone is trying to say is calm down!
ESPN doesn't know anything (otherwise they'd be blasting us with it and harvesting those clicks).
Maybe their analyst made the decision to up Samuels because he feels it is likely he plays.
That being said- projections are shit, typically. They don't really tell you anything about how your team will actually perform, and they barely say anything of value about the players that make your team.
Go with the guys that make the most sense. Have Samuels in, until you know he isn't, and have a contingency plan for that. That is part of what fantasy is about!
Good luck!
Projection my dude. If you are this obsessed with projections, you're gonna have a bad time.
wtf
It's just a projection. It will change in 15 mins or an hour or a day, depending on the news and/or whether the analyst stepped in a puddle on the way into the office this morning.
Key word: Projection. Calm yourself.
