In past years, people who weren’t actually camping/staying in an RV overnight would leave their tents out to keep their spot on the beach for the weekend.

I heard during Memorial that this is now not allowed and any left unattended overnight are being removed by the police. Is this a new Port A beach law that would presumably apply to Labor Day weekend too?

I'm looking for First Class, lie-flat optimally but not a must, from Texas (based in AUS but realize it might be easier to just route from DFW/IAH).

I've done searches on United (from AUS/IAH) and see zero saver availability. I see some saver availability on AA but don't see anything when I plug in the same routes in BA. What am I missing there? All I can find on Delta is super high mile awards. Is there something else I should be doing to search better?

Edit: 150K MR, 150K UR but prefer to only use MR as I want to use some of that UR to transfer to Hyatt for hotel; departure time frame of May 15-18, 2020 to be more specific than title.

Considering adding REET or USRT (Fidelity IRA so these are free) to my retirement. I primarily follow the Bogle three fund approach but was wondering if the yields on REITs were worth an allocation. Young 30s so was thinking to take it out of my bond allocation.
