Me - 25 male Partner - 33 female

On September 22 2018 I had a one night stand with a new partner. 4 days later I went to get treated for an STD. My symptoms at the time were an intense tingle at the tip of my penis, burning urinating, frequent urge to urninate, and cloudy discharge. At this time the doctor visually diagnosed me with urethritis. I did a urine test for Chlamydia/gonorrhea and they both were negative. I was treated with the 2 blue pills of azimurith sorry I know it's spelled wrong. After taking the antibiotics, that night and the next day the tingling and discharge were at their worst, I'm assuming this is because the bacteria was being flushed out. After a few days the symptoms went away. Then a week after taking the antibiotics I noticed the slight clear discharge you see in the picture but only had the urge to urinate as far as the other symptoms go. I went to planned Parenthood and got checked for Chlamydia/gonorhea, syphilis, and trich. All came back negative. I'm coming to guys for maybe some help as to what I might have. Could it be prostatitis, micoplasma genitalium, or something else?
