Use a Dev.txt for your development packages.

Hey, thanks. That's a simple solution.

You can even reference your other requirements files and install them all in one command of you put:

-r requirements.txt

At the top of your Dev.txt

Awesome. I am glad to have a way to automate that, it's annoying to install it by command line every time

an option is to use pipenv:

pipenv install pylint --dev

We always have 3:

requirements.txt

requirements-test.text

requirements-dev.txt

Before anyone else talks about pipenv. Yes, but the above is more convenient when creating docker containers when the test container needs more commands regardless of the python code.
