you dont think ill have an issue stabilizing 155's out of my 1:10 twist? i havent tried anything lighter then a 168.

No. A fast twist will stabilize a light bullet. A slow twist will not stabilize a heavy bullet.

Okay interesting. I thought it was opposite. Eg: my 7 twist 5.56 LWRC will keyhole 55gr but is fine 62gr and up.

i messed up the post on my second try it should read BERGER not Nosler.

This year i would like to shoot at longer ranges and start hand loading. Im waiting on this range to open but they have 1000y max with electronic targets. they will also host F-class competitions that i may be interested in but for now i would just like to practice at longer ranges. my question is about bullet selection; ive read a little bit from Bryan Litz about the hybrid bullets in general and their advantages, so im wondering exactly which weight i should choose going forward.

my bbl is a 22" 10 twist 5R

Ive taken the 185 gr Juggernaut Target (loaded by federal) to 1k and felt like i had decent success with 4 consecutive hit on a 2 moa plate. i was getting avg 2579fps 10.1 SD 36 ES

what are yall using or what would you recommend?

208 gr Hornady ELD-M, BC 0.690, should be supersonic out to nearly 1300 yards with a MV of 2450 fps which is very doable from a 308.
