My 6 month old blue nose put ate a stake bone.

Please help me. It’s very hard for me to get anywhere. I don’t have a few hundred for a vet. My 6 month old puppy ate a big sharp steak bone. He pooped this morning it looked like some passed. Then he vomited ,just bile and foam. He’s acting normal and playful, no tummy tenderness. I’m scared though. Can I give him something to coat his tummy? What would make him vomit

You need to take him to the vet ASAP. These type of issues can be seriously if gone ignored and there isn’t a safe in-home remedy for this.

OK SO I live in a apartment above my father My daughter has a room in each apartment. Her father bought 3 pit bulls, and my daughter wanted one. My father ( her grandfather) said yes. So I didn’t get a choice.

my father paid for all his shots, 150$ in toys , fluffy dog bed, buys the food etc. He’s 6 months old, and I’ve fallen completely in love with him I took the responsibility of caring for him.

Now if he’s it’s a life or death matter My dad will pay to get him to the vet. I just don’t know what to do. He ate, pooped a second time He seems ok. My dad is gone for 4 days, so I mean if this gets to where I think his life is at risk. I’ll do whatever I have to do I can ask to use his credit card.

Off hand in the moment though, I’m broke with no car. I’m really worried, and upset. This is my first time being the main care taker for my pet. There is so much I don’t know. I’m surprised all the time, by how he gets into things.

Since my post earlier, he has had two solid poops, is very active, and ate his lunch. That’s how I ended up with my beloved Zeus though.

How will I know if he has a blockage? Or if the bone punctured anywhere in his digestive track??

He vomited 8 hrs after eating the bone, this is what is making me most worried

Why do you have a dog if you can’t afford a vet?
