i think that is a bunyip toy from the Yowie chocolates series. They were a series of chocolates in the style of kinder suprises that had toy Bunyips (Australian aboriginal billabong spirits) inside the chocolate which was also shaped like a bunyip some of the toys were snap together animals and other australian themed creatures. If you are australian then its a pretty good chance this is what it is because the yowie chocolates were only sold here if i am not mistaken.
fuck i miss yowies. and the wiggles. sheds nostalgic tear
Yeah, I recognise it as one of the Yowie Power critters, as well.
That would be Blue' Clues on MDMA
Mudkip?
This is actually one of satan's toys. He was playing in your basement and forgot it there.
Thanks for all the comments on this... I did a quick image search, and it's definitely a "NAP" Bunyip toy from Yowie. Yay!
Possibly an imp from the Disney movie Hercules?
Nope, not those, there was a little skinne red one, and a fatter blue one, the blue one didnt have giant ears.

It seems to be talking to an imaginary friend.
I'm guessing you also got it from a Happy Meal or a kids meal from some place if you don't remember. Those were always fun.
I can affirm that it was made in China.
It is adorable that what that is.
and if by "adorable" you mean creepy? then Yes!

Its one of the Bunyips if I remember correctly. There was a whole series of books too.
It looks like a cross between Dug and Stitch.
I can confirm this is a bunyip, in sanatised (sanatized) toy form.
As opposed to satanised form... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bunyip
satanized?
zatanised.
Ahem sanitised (sanitized in AmEng.)
