Is the MJ palettes actually good? I saw one at Marshall’s today and wanted to grab it but didn’t because I didn’t know much about it. It was really pretty with blues!
I have two of the Marc Jacobs palettes and they are my favorite. They are really compact, great packaging, and just seem like a well curated palette that you can realistically finish because it’s only 7 shades. I always wait for some sort of sale at Sephora to purchase them. Hopefully this April I will have finish some of my current shadows so I can get the coconut palette.
The coconut is my fav one. Really wearable but also not your everyday shades.
Do you think it would work well with a tan skin tone. I know it has a lot of pinks that’s why I haven’t gotten it yet.
I’m really fair but I would actually call it a warm palette, they are more like orange-y pinks. The only pure pink is that shimmer in the middle.
Yeah? I feel like it’s hard to say anything is a must buy for that price, but I like the formula, I LOVE the packaging, and I’d rather have 7 shades that go together perfectly and I know how to use versus more.
I have this on and the coconut one, I will def repurchase the coconut one if I ever use it up. I might repurchase this one if I use it up, but I’ve been wanting to try the Too Faced Natural palette for a long time, and there’s overlap there.
I have the Night Owl palette and it's really beautiful! I wouldn't have gravitated towards those colors on my own but they all work well with my skin tone (nc42) and it's easy to make different looks with that palette. A little goes a long way with those shadows so I've had it for many years now.
Marc Jacobs Glambition palette. It's good but feels like it's lasting forever.
That’s good to know because they are expensive! Someday when my collection is pared down, I would like to have this as my only eye palette...
