The Solomon Ranger/Smoke-Smothered South Seas Event Details

General

https://azurlane.koumakan.jp/Events/Smoke-Smothered_South_Seas

The biggest prizes seem to be a T3 Cruiser BP (clear SP3), a T3 Battleship BP (8000 exchange), and Ryuujou (10000 exchange) that saves you from spending cubes on special construction.

EN may be different but it seems the bonus ship for more currency thing is true so make sure you have one of the following on the boss fleet and survive the battle (boss is level 80).

  • Ayanami
  • Fubuki
  • Ikazuchi
  • Inazuma
  • Jintsuu
  • Mogami
  • Myoukou
  • Nachi
  • Saratoga
  • Shouhou
  • Takao
  • Maya

The list also says Hiyou, Junyou, Sendai, Mikuma, and Choukai count but I don't think they're in EN yet.

Do we have any details about the node drops and if we can get any of the event (gacha) ships from them?

According to the wiki page no event ships are farmable on the map - only Ryuujou is gotten through exchanging the J Talismans. If there are any differences for EN, I suspect they won't be tested today since SP3 is currently glitched.

Also note that Hatsushimo is rate up in light build during this event (on EN). Not sure if she stay after event or when she will be return.

Sad face new player. Most of my girls are mid to late 40s... Guess is Gacha grind for me...

Where even IS the exchange? Not seeing any icons for it anywhere.

The Solomon Ranger banner rotating on the home screen will take you there.

Well that would explain why I couldn't find it. I was expecting an exchange like Divergent Chessboard or Crimson Echoes. Thanks much.

I don't have the time, nor will, to spam SP3 50 times to get enough points for Ryuujou after going though something similar with Spee. I'm also not wasting cubes with Winters Crown just around the corner.

So I'll be sitting this one out.
