I believe the article is off. AMD is clearly going for the 64 chiplet approach foretold by my uncle's uncle dad's half brother who is always right. See, it's the logical end goal of the chiplet approach, one chiplet for every core, exactly as Temple OS gods intended.
Not too many moles were harmed in the making of this April Fool’s day story. Those that were ended up in a very nice dish so it is all good.
