Hi, been a very very long while since I played with modding Skyrim, so excuse me if I'm missing something obvious. I read up on the changes with AE, and did my best to be careful and check for mod compatibility with v1.6.318.0.8. Here is the load order: https://loadorderlibrary.com/lists/black-streaks-issue

I've encountered this issue while climbing my way up to high hrothgar, but if it exists in other places then I haven't noticed it before.

Tried regenerating my DynDOLOD textures and LOD files but that hasn't worked. Disabling Cathedral Weathers and Landscapes (as these are the last mods I installed) doesn't seem to have fixed it either.

I'm stumped as

Was bored, did this for fun.

Important caveat for transistor counts: This is based on average SoC density. Different structures on the SoC have different densities so these estimates will be quite inaccurate. Also yes I didn't truncate the decimals. I'm special.

As for Zen 2 4MB, I just cut the size in 1/4th, as Renoir die shots are not available to take a measurement.

I've been trying to understand the inner workings of C# and the applications I'm building, and I've come to realize that I don't actually understand how the part of opening a window actually works behind the layers of abstraction? Could you do it manually with enough knowledge of Microsoft's dll's?

My goal is to basically open a window of a certain size, and paint a single pixel onto it, without using Windows Forms, WPF, Monogame, or anything of the sort. Any reading material would be highly helpful!

I'm an owner of the CV1, and HL Alyx got me ridiculously excited. I'd like an upgrade for HLA, but the Rift S is more of a side grade in terms of visual quality. It is higher fidelity, but the lower refresh rate was super noticeable to me when I tried it.

I would get the Index, but I want the simplicity of inside out tracking. So I'm left in a no man's land, and Oculus seems to be the most well positioned to create an upgrade for me. Are there any news/rumors on that front?

I'm trying to add a skill with the mod tools. I open the stats editor, copy an existing skill from shared into my mod, and edit a few values and the name. After I save, I try to use Ctrl+Shift+F11 to add the skill to my character, but it doesn't find the skill. When I try to create a skillbook, I cannot find my skill in stats. It's like the Stats Editor is completely broken.

So, Ubuntu was doing something in the background, got a power outage, and the system fails to boot. I could probably fix it if I needed to, but I'd rather take this as a sign to try something new.

Was eyeing KDE after trying out Gnome, xfce, and Cinnamon, and a question that came up in my head is about smoothness. I noticed that despite having a 5GHz 8600K and a 1080 Ti running the system, the animations on Gnome would still stutter quite a bit on Ubuntu 18.10. Has anyone here noticed this, and if so, how does KDE compare?
