Want to add a second floor entrance and raised deck on the back of my house. Contractor recommendations?

I'm in Hummelstown.

I have a deck on the ground level. I'd like to add another above it, with stairs and a new entrance to the second floor.

I've never done work like this, so I'm doing my due diligence in researching but I'd like to ask for any recommendations.

Or if you have any words of advice/caution for me (first house, first contractor) specific to this region I'd be glad to hear it. Thanks!
