nice. I've had my eye on this for a while now. I'm waiting for v3 so I can have the one with USB-C. Looks great!
Thanks :) I'm also planning on waiting for and buying a rev3 so I can have one for work.
Did you build or buy that TRRS cable?
I built it from a diy zapcables kit that I bought from: https://zapcables.com/diy-trrs-cable-kit
So I guess a bit of both? :)
Does something like this exist as a wireless version? (Wireless to the computer and each half of each keyboard)
I'm not sure, but someone asked a similar question in another post I saw earlier: https://www.reddit.com/r/MechanicalKeyboards/comments/bdnigr/hot_swappable_and_wireless
The Unigo66 looks pretty cool, but I don't know if you can still get it.

How did you do the tenting?
I just used some m2 standoffs (like the brass spacers that come with the iris kit - only they have a screw head in one end so you can attach them together).
Like these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B06XPF5W7K
Then I mix and matched the sizes until both sides were angled about as high as I wanted and were stable. Screwing them into the bottom of the plates instead of the regular screws on 4 points on each board.
Then I finished it off by covering them with some black heat shrink tubing so that it sort of matched the black plates.
Hope that helps.
Love this. What are the keycap color codes?
Gray GMC, Yellow YAM, Red RAG, White WAN
Hope that helps.
Iris build with novelkeys/kailh speed heavy burnt orange switches, DSA caps, and colemak-dh layout.
My soldering wasn't pretty, but it works! So that's good enough for me.
Also managed to add underglow after the fact, and hook up the firmware so it changes color with my layers.
Good times.
Lights changing with the layers was a good idea, might steal that. Really like that TRRS cable.
It wasn't my idea originally, I followed this: https://www.reddit.com/r/olkb/comments/6t1vdu/update_layeractivated_rgb_underglow/
I tweaked it a bit so that I could set the brightness dynamically (which still needs some work) but it's good enough for me. Good luck :)
