Nymeria and ghost are still alive, although it's doubtful we'll see them again in the TV show, I'm still holding out for seeing ghost again tho

There’s been interviews with the head of FX’s for the show and we will see Ghost again and he’ll get considerable screen time apparently. I’ll find the interview and update this comment.
Edit: here’s the interview. Also I’m fairly certain you can make out Ghost right behind Jorah in the trailer on the battlements of Winterfell. At 1:37 of the trailer. He’s hecking blurry, but I think it’s ghost and not a small white horse.
