[0.17] Kovarex install and forget

The latest in my series of 0.17 blueprints, I present a Kovarex enrichment design. Basically a bunch of combinators determine how much uranium should be on the belt (I think this is what some call sushi?). Every inserter that places or removes from the belt is accounted for, so when you produce enough U-235 to pass the threshold it will start removing them from the belt. This design is indifferent to the number of centrifuges or the modules/beacons being used, you can simply add and remove to fit the size and scale that you want.

How to use:

1. To kickstart the process, insert as much U-235 as you want into the centrifuges and connect a U-238 source to the top.
2. Constant combinator allows you to set how much should be on the belt (U-235 = 5 signal, U-238 = 8 signal), so if you add more centrifuges you may increase this number.

Some further details:

• If you don't have enough uranium to feed 4 centrifuges, simply remove three of them, it will still work. You can also add modules, beacons or more centrifuges (you can make the belt loop bigger and fit more centrifuges).
• Note that any inserter that places or removes from the belt should be configured properly (or simply copied and connected). Note that all placing inserters connect together and all removing inserters connect together.
• Adding or removing items manually from the belt will cause the counter to lose track. If you wish to manually add or remove, simply add and remove directly from the centrifuges. If you're thinking of replacing the combinators, make sure the belt is empty first.
• This build doesn't care if the output of U-235 is backed up. Once there is space again, the belt will be desaturated and the build will continue functioning as normal.
• This build will not output a precise and steady supply of U-235, rather it will generally make sure there is enough U-238 and not too much U-235. That is why the inserters at the top are stack size limited to 1, for a tiny bit of extra precision however this stack size limit can be removed.
• There is a bug in the counter, and so the 8 signal in the constant combinator actually needs to be twice the amount of U-238 you want on the belt (I set it to 40 but we actually get 20 on the belt). For the curious, try to understand why this bug happens :) (Spoiler: >!it has to do with only having 2 colors of wire!<)
