Regardless of your stance on abortion you shouldn't refer to a fetus in the context of a parasite
Dehumanising a group of people a means of disassociation and it's allowed mankind to justify some horrible things. It's a common tool in racism, referring to black people as monkeys, or Jews as subhuman animals, etc. It opens us up to justify or commit to disgusting behaviours that we can justify because they are not human. That we somehow matter more than them. When we refer to a fetus as if it's a parasite or a parasite like entity we're implying that it's doing something wrong just by simply existing. It should be aknowledged that it's not engaging in a malicious attempt to sabotage it's host's mother's life

I agree, but I also think you're being a little melodramatic. Usually people refer to a fetus as a parasite to emphasize it's dependence and the strain it has on the host body.
While I admit I'm being a little dramatic, I don't believe a fetus is at fault for, or responsible for the strain undertaken by the mother's body due to the nature of how the mother actually becomes a mother
